After I installed the spoiler..my hatch doesn't seem to want to open when I pull the latch. it really hasn't bothered me much since I use the ghetto 'seatbelt pull' method. But I was just wondering if any of you who have heavy hatches have this hassle and if any of you found a fix for it.
Other than taking off the spoiler or getting new shocks. (my shocks were brand new when I got the new hatch and spoiler)

Thanks,
Malek

i got the same problem, i think it is alot due to the cold but some of it is also due to the extra weight of the blocks, anyone ever changed these out before? how hard would it be for new trunk struts

I changed them about 6 months ago. They are really easy to change. Just find someone or something to hold the hatch up while you take off the old ones and put on the new ones. I wonder if there are some specifically made for heavier hatches. I didn't look too deep into it. Let me know if you find anything or come up with something that works.
