i was gonna buy 10w 30 mobil 1 fully synthetic motor oil but i saw that there is one thats regular and another that saids high mileage 75000 or more what should i go with since my motor has more then that i appreciate yalls help

i use the regular synthetic 10w30. some sales people tried to sell me heavier weight oils cuz they said "my mileage", but i just dont mind them.

as proven.... mobile 1 is the best synthetic oil for our cars. If you have prone to leaks, especialy the tube wells and oil pan, the high mileage is a good suite.

depending on where you live:
5w30 is better for temperatures between freezing and 92 degree's ferinheit.
10w30 is better between 52 and 132 degree's ferinheit

mind you these are startup facts, and they are testing the theory of head damage as thicker oil at a lower temp takes longer to get to the head.|
where I live I run 5w30 between september and june, only the summer months do i use 10w30
