Well My alternator is making a funny noise and getting hot. I am looking for a alternator for a 2nd gen 3sgte or 3rd if it fits not sure yet.
I would buy 1 new but I am not sure if mine is bad or I have another problem like a short making it hot. Dont want to buy a new one an burn it up. Anybody pm me Thanks Anyone know if a 5sfe will fit I read it does online but not sure |

The wire bolted on must have touched metal , the rubber gaurd has a hole in it and the bolt looks burnt
