 is there a brake light fuse?, taillights work but doesnt get brighter |

my brake lights dont work. the taillights turn on when its nighttime but the second lamp inside the bulbs do not activate when i step on the brake. fuses marked TAIL and ST are fine. im looking for a fuse that might go to the brake light switch.

sorry to bring this from the dead, but im having trouble with my tail lights not getting brighter also.
i checked all the fuses. replaced them anyways, thinking it might of had a hair size cracked. no luck. All my lights work. Signals front and back lights. it just doesnt get brighter when i step on the breaks... anyone know what i can look for to fix this? i have a 96 parts car i can go to , to get what ever i need.. pleeaassee help
