It happened... im a bit disgusted right now. hole in oil pan, smelled coolant. going to check it out tomorrow... get it on a lift and have a look-see.

         HEAD NOT DAMAGED!! WOOOT!!!    Pic from bottom side... doesent that rod look awesome?!? and yes... those are bits of piston...    took these pictures a month ago, just got around to posting them... right now im looking for a block, 3rd gen or preferably 4th gen... hopefully i'll get back on the road soon! I'll tell you what though... i really enjoyed taking it out actually.... its going to be a BEEYOTCH putting it back in AH well, gonna enlist the help of the dr... once its in for some finishing touches
