 Iridium vs V-power |

I went to my local auto shop today and i was planning on purchasing NGK Iridium plugs.. they said they didnt have any of them but they had NGK V-power.. what is the difference and should i get them or no?? if not where can i get NGK Iridium plugs?

I just replaced the old bosch platinums that were in my 95 st last weekend with v-power ngk. There were a huge difference in power ,I don't think iridium is all its cracked up to be anyways ,at least in our motors. Try to stay away from bosch platinums cause they are a hot spark plug,they don't last long in economy motors.
