my car has no power, but the battery/starter/alt/grounds/connections are all good. And my friend said this happened to his car, it was a little older and there is a "main fuse"? idk if my 94ST has this? thanks people!

There is sticker inside the lip od the fuse box and it tells you which fuse is which. You can check the fuse with a tester. They have a clear cap so you should be able to see if it's blown or not. If you can't see it, then use a tester.
