 Celica GT-4 question |

Ok so I know that importing GT-4's is illegal, but what about taking a junker 6gc and throwing the GT-4 engine, trans, bumber, hood, etc is that illegal or legal for the U.S.A

Car manufactures and the government are very strict about this for some odd reason.
