my car has no power, but the battery/starter/alt/grounds/connections are all good. And my friend said this happened to his car, it was a little older and there is a "main fuse"? idk if my 94ST has this? thanks people!

No, man. Just a regular tester. They sell cheapy ones at Walmart or Advanced Auto/Pep Boys. You can test circuits with them. A fuse is something simple. Current flows from one side to the other. You need to test that. If you don't get current on the other side, then it's blown. That's how I test a fuse that doesn't have a window to see if it's blown or not.
