I'm sure theres a thread somewhere, but i just figured i might as well open a new thread since theres a lot of new people on this website. So back to the question, What's the best oil to run, or is the synthetic oil better?

ya its kind of a waste to use synthetic blend on 7afe and 5sfe. I mean only if you're going to race your 7afe or 5sfe(which isnt really a good idea). I use valvoline, castrol, or any high mileage over 75,000 miles synthetic blend.
