Well, I was replaced some bulbs on the guage cluster and then hooked up the three wiring harnesses. First, I noticed that the lights that illuminate the guage don't work, and my RPMs don't work either. Any suggestions?

not sure on the rpm gauge but for the lights, they will only work if you plug in the dimmer switch for them,
make sure that is plugged in then try the lights -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
