Like it says 87, 91 or more? whats better for performance or gas milage?

All octane is, is the ability to resist heat. There really is no "power" or mpg upgrade in getting lets say 87 octane to 93. Thats why turbo'd cars and high compression cars take a higher octane so the fuel mixture doesn't ignite before the plug fires.
