Like it says 87, 91 or more? whats better for performance or gas milage?

the lowest grade, cause there is no use spending more on gas when this automatic 7afe isn't gonna see any benefits. i usually stick with cheveron or mobil, shell if there is nothing else. i avoid arco like the plauge since they water down their gas. on my srt4 though, i always ran 91 or better. turbo cars love the premium.
