I'm sure theres a thread somewhere, but i just figured i might as well open a new thread since theres a lot of new people on this website. So back to the question, What's the best oil to run, or is the synthetic oil better?

The use of oil also depends on the conditions of your environment as well. If you have reg oil and live in cold areas like where in live in Canada were we had a record low of -58 degrees celcius, I definitely recommend using a mix of 50/50 or 75/25 synthetic to regular oil. You can even use full synthetic but make sure you get new seals. You might find leakage.
Right now I use full synthetic Royal Purple 5w30 and I have only used that for my oil changes. Peace!! |
