Like it says 87, 91 or more? whats better for performance or gas milage?

Bonzai, Sorry I didn't read the whole thread, but why do you need a higher octane gas on your 7AFE? Just curios, your profile said you have an ST whick takes the regular gas, unless you now have a swapped 3SGTE then I can understand why you're asking all these questions.
