I'm sure theres a thread somewhere, but i just figured i might as well open a new thread since theres a lot of new people on this website. So back to the question, What's the best oil to run, or is the synthetic oil better?

most important thing is the filter. go with the oem toyota one. as for oil i like mobil1 5-30 synthetic. good stuff but has it disadvantages too... so toyota filter no matter what kinda oil!

I wonder what they look like on the inside. In my shop, the teacher recommends Fram, as he had several filters cut open and fram was looooooooooooooooong.
