 Iridium vs V-power |

I went to my local auto shop today and i was planning on purchasing NGK Iridium plugs.. they said they didnt have any of them but they had NGK V-power.. what is the difference and should i get them or no?? if not where can i get NGK Iridium plugs?

OOBE so what plug should i get for my 7afe?? V-power... is there different grades?? if so what should i get?
