I'm at a gas station about to use the vaccuum when I hear a pop. Apparently I ran over a beer bottle. It was full so I got some on the paint. Just looked at my tire and it slashed it a bit. Didn't pop the tire or go all the wy through and I don't think I can get it patched.
Anyway, I'm still here but I was wondering if I have any right to claim this on the gas station lol. Is this my negligence for not seeing it or the gas stations for not keeping their property clean. I'm asking from a legal standpoint. What should I do? -------------------- ![]() |

Honestly, you can try to get something out of them, but most places will say they have no control on what is on the outside of the store, and therefore are not liable. Take some pics and talk to the mananger....you might be able to work something out, but I doubt it.
