There are many outlets to buy engines from. A quick trip to a junkyard and a hard to find totaled MR2 could yield 3s, a trip to a broker and a purchase of of jdm clip from overseas could yield one among other things. Challenge is to find a good engine that has not been abused by previous owner and preferably in one piece.
