I do admit they look really good. Looks really stock. But so not. But they look abit high? The seat is exactly as high as the OEM right now ![]() ![]() First I tried to use the OEM seat brackets only (thnx to Bigwaagh!). I wanted to bolt on the seats to 1,2,3,4 I wanted to cut off part 5 and 6. ![]() When I installed the seats on those brackets, it became to high. I wanted to make it 2inch lower, so I bought 2 universal sparco sliders. (+/- 200USD) We cutted off the mounting tabs of the OEM brackets and welded them onto the sparco sliders. ![]() ![]() ![]() We bought 2 metal strips to weld on the sparco sliders. We drilled 4 holes to bolt the seats on (M8 bolts) ![]() Now we were able to mount those seats onto the OEM mounting holes on the Celica. Number 5 is the handle to slide the seats front/ rear. ![]() -Roy This post has been edited by RoyO: Jan 27, 2010 - 9:39 AM |
