Question
On the under side of my rear bumper there are like 5 bolts(running in line across the bumper), or well used to be bolts there, all the bolt heads were broken off by the previous owner. Is there anyway to get those broken bolts out? Answer- row of about 5 screws from the bottom side (visible) - for 80% rusted as hell and you will need to cut them (nip them off) and re-drill when installing bumper back. -------------------- '99 Celica GT - Sold
