I dont know if there is one or if someone has one on how to remove the rear bumper on a 94 ST hatch

yes you would drill into the old bolt. and you can use and extractor bit set (google it, or look on sears.com) to remove the bolt or a tap die set (again google this, or sears.com) to rethread.
Honestly you don't even need the bolts under the car on the bumper....they are just excess weight anyways |
