I want to know the top speed on the ST, GT and GT-4.

actually there are 4 top speeds for the celica.
The California/United States celica ST has a top speed of 111 mph governed. do to weak tires that came stock from factory USDM Celica GT has top speed of 138 mph. Celica ST202 (referered to as SS-II and SS-III) with same transmission as the celica GT, but has longer gear ratio's. top speed of 147 mph. Celica GT-4 top speed of 155 mph -------------------- Group buy to replicate Narrow E series transaxle parts

Otherwise it gets to 125 and doesn't have the power to go any faster. It's not redlining yet, but it's only ~200 rpm away. Not hitting the rev limiter or anything, just simply does not have the power to go any faster.
