I got tired waiting for my fabricator to get started on building my pipes for my turbo system, so i spent some pocket change and got the Ebay header. Install was very simple. i did have to loosen the alternator to get the header around that stud, but that was it. took me abot 30 minutes to install.
Before. During After after a quick trip around the block Now for review....This header was an excellent bang for the buck. Cost was about 110 after shipping. i can feel a huge difference in acceleration. Im on stock exhaust from the header back so the car is still very quiet. In fact, i dont hear much of a change in engine noise. But the Butt dyno says more power is there. -------------------- 2001 Celica GT-S Turbo

headers makes your 3rd gear stretch, better top end. but after the headers I did get an EGR CEL code. Must be dealing with the way the whole headers thing works with the engine now. More carbon? Yeah 3rd gear for me was also stretched. I like that ![]() Ive had mine for a month now.. put on a good 2000 miles on it. no CEL code yet.. how long did it take before yours came on? Took mine about 15 seconds. -------------------- 1996 Toyota Celica GT (GT4 conversion) - SOLD :(
