lagos, i know with the tanabe coilovers you can go up to stock height with lots of wheel gap. i set them as high as they will go for winter and as low as they will go for summer. remember that 225/45/17s are about an inch taller than 205/55/15s so you would need the prokit just to get to stock height. but as you said you have the heavier engine.
