 Clutch bearing or master cylinder, Please help |

So here is the problem. I can't put my car in gear and I was told That it is my clutch master cylinder or my clutch bearing. I can put it in gear but it is hard,also the clutch bearing makes a spinning noise. How could I find out which one it is without taking apart my tranny?

I have the clutch kit and I would rather sell the car then fix it... I have had this car four or five years now and I have done all the work to it myself. It is sad for me to see i go but it is bad luck for me. It has been hit three times now.(parked all three times.
 If you guys know anyone that might want it let me know and I will post the pictures of the car the way it is now.
