 How do i take off my wiper arms??? |

hey everybody... i just bought some rain-X Latitude wiper blades and i want to take off my wiper arms to paint them...they are a little rusted and dull...I'm sure that there is a right way to remove them...can anyone help me?? Thanks in advanced!!!

thanks alot they pulled right off that way...i will paint them up tomorrow and have some pics for the finished product!! thanks again for all of the help!!!
