My buddy who went to Italy and specifically set out to find great pizza there said American Pizza is just better, because we have way more focus on it. He said Italians love to eat all sorts of stuff and don't focus on pizza because they have way better stuff. God, you have no idea how much I want to find out if this is true or not (yummy trip to Italy anyone?) but that is my only source of knowledge on legendary Italian pizza. -------------------- Brand new 6gc owner!
