My buddy offered to sell me his 7th gen celica.
No rust, MR-S motor with low miles for $4500.    Should I buy it? I'm leaning towards it... lol. Comes with everything plus all the stock parts. Donutes with winter tires. Does not burn oil...original motor did.

Yes I know. I just responded to your question that it did in the old motor. New motor doesn't.
