so all you need is lots of masking tape, news paper, and matte spray paint and a lot of time to tape everything off really good , its not flawless but i don't really care about my crappy paint anyways so there was a few slight oopps moments. My trim was so bad it was white-ish

if your's aren't corroded just yet and you want to save them a bit, try using whatever you use on your inside dash and trims and apply that to it. Like I use armorall protectant on my dash, so I put some on my window trim as well. Gives it a nice black shine and keeps it protected from sun.
