Paypal is retarded. Does anyone else have this problem i'm having? I can't send money as a gift. which means that whoever I'm sending money has to pay to receive it or I think I have to pay more. I have no idea. I got so frustrated with it that I called them and they told me that sending money as a gift is not an option yet for my country. How F#@#$% stupid! Plus I can't add funds to my account I can only pay using my credit card so guess what? I have to pay even more each time I use paypal. This is driving me up a wall. I took a screen shot of what I have....

FWIW, if you pay with a credit card, either you or the recipient always has to pay the fee. Only transferring directly from a bank account will allow you to avoid that.

you are quite right that's what is pissing me off I can't send money as a gift so that's one cost I have to absorb then on top of that I can't transfer from my bank account either so that leaves me locked to the option of paying with credit card only so that's another fee. they're killing me here
