How much hp will the greddy sp2 exhaust system and the injen sri add to my 98 celica gt 5sfe. Just trying to see if it would be worth doing......

ive been reading around and asking people but..... all have mixed reviews.....
all i would want to get out of this is for my car to pick up more, unlike now where it seems like its going nowhere when i rev it to around 4000-4500 rpm in daily use but at rare occasions 1000 below redline. and i want it to throw me back a little..... but i dont think 15 hp more is gonna do that... or am i wrong??? i used to have a 7g celica gt and that was at 145 hp.... if i did all this would it be faster and more fun to drive than my 7g????
