The hood release on LHD is on the LHD side of the car, and the RHD is on the RHD. The LHD pulls from the left, RHD pulls from the right. I have mine ghetto rigged right now. There's a string hanging from my bumper that pulls from the right hand side of the car when I pull it. I'm using it until I can find a LHD one because I don't want the hood to pop up in my face
