I was wondering can gen 5 GT4 calipers fit on my 95 gt??? Also what pads do i buy for it????Trying to look around for the thread can't find it???

There is one primary issue of compatibility when it comes to using fifth-gen parts on sixth-gen vehicles: the centrebore.
For some reason, the fifth-gen used a 54 mm centrebore but the sixth-gen used a 55 mm centrebore. This means that you either have to shave the fifth-gen rotors -- and risk a hub-centric design getting an out-of-round centrebore -- or swap the hubs on your sixth-gen to fifth-gen hubs. Mounting fifth-gen rotors on sixth-gen hubs almost works, but not quite. I got to read, IIRC, Coomer's thread about cracking rotors when he attempted it with the Yelli Celli. |
