i agree with both sides... bullying at its finest, and waste of tax $ HOWEVER if you get fined multiple times and STILL do it... well something more permanent needs to be done. im on the fence about arresting spectators though.....
BTW: isnt california circling the drain as we speak?! if they need money so damn bad why are they not selling the cars for DOUBLE their value with all those mods done to them?!? what states nearby have less stringent emission/modification laws? it would probably be more beneficial to them to ship and sell to other states! law enforcement has it all wrong. theyre only focused on direct and overt punishment as a viable means of solving a problem.
