If I just replace the boot, what are the odds it will start clicking?
I would replace the whole axle but they are damn expensive here, $300 for a rebuilt axle after trade in (napa). This post has been edited by Promasta: Aug 25, 2010 - 12:14 PM |

it depends how much dirt got in, the length of time and the amount of kms you racked up since it's been in there. if it's not clicking yet, it's more likely still ok. just clean it thoroughly, apply new grease, and replace the boot.
btw, i have a new oem boot kit for sale if you need it. see my fs thread. -------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
