I need to find an active celica forum with "how to" articles and knowledgeable people. This obviously is not the best forum out there and I am tired of waiting for days to never for answers. Please recommend other celica forums that you guys are using. i am not trying to bash this forum, it just doesn't suit my needs ever.

You can't expect to get answers when you thread jack. I just looked through all your posts, and it's difficult to answer your questions when they are buried in someone else's thread (all 2 of your questions which have been asked just in the past couple days). Learn how to use the search function.
Also, a dragging caliper is a general car question, not a 6th gen specific issue. I'm pretty sure google search would have netted you much better results. EDIT: I just searched "dragging brake caliper" on google and came up with tons of info
