I bought a set of Procarparts.com reverse glow gauges back on March 12th, and they haven't sent them yet - EDD was March 22nd, 2010. I've emailed the paypal address and the customer service address, and enquired through the "contact us" section of the site, and they haven't responded. Has anyone had similar problems with them?

Yeah, actually I think quite a few people on here have their reverse glow gauges, I've never heard of any problems with them. Usually people order from them off eBay, but I think they're alright.
