I bought fog lights and a control switch from him about feb 21, well i received the control switch but never got the fog lights. Weeks later he tells me that he sent them to the wrong person. Now its almost 2 months later, he says they lost them and i asked for my 90 dollars back, and once again he disappeared his phone is "turned off" so if you know him tell him he needs to send me that money back asap or figure out whats going on because this is pathetic. he lives in holiday, florida.

Yes, provided that New Port Richey is the city he actually lives in. I know he has given a bunch of different locations for where he lives including Tarpon Springs, FL, Holiday, FL, I think Hudson, FL as well. All of these locations are fairly close to each other with about 5-10 miles in between them, and to be honest I don't know if each area has their own PD or what. If anyone has his real address that would help with which PD to deal with.

Yeah, call the number and ask for a detective. Explain to them the situation, and how he has done this multiple times on multiple forums. Give him your information, as well as the names and any other info you can get from others that he has scammed here. That should be enough for them to get a warrant and go arrest him.

Collect ALL possible related information you can find, paypal receipts from emails, all forum thread links (even non 6gc if it relates to the same guy), PM's, emails, text messages, etc.

Contact others who have been scammed and get them to forward PM's to you (or make them aware of who to call and give their info forth if it is safer that way with other peoples info... i guess) so you can compile a nice file for them and be ready to email/fax/snail mail etc all these documents to them. I would think you would need some pretty solid evidence for them to take you seriously and to actually pursue this, so gather as much stuff as you possibly can to make a strong case against this *insertwordofchoicehere*.

... Then call.
