Hello every im having a really annoying issue with my ebrake. About two months ago my friend did a drum to disk conversion. after the conversation he attempted to tighten the ebrake with very little success. He took off the exhaust off and everything so he doesnt know what to do at this point. This ebrake is way to loose and it needs to be tight. What should we do? How could we get this ebrake tight?

I have drums on mine and actually it's not that great. I have about 5 clicks on my e brake handle and when I pull it hard id doesn't do much if the car is moving. If the car is completely still, then it's good. I can safely park on an incline with out any worries.
