Help with service manual for 5S-FE engine Options

hi there,
ive own a Celica ST 2.2L 4-Cyl and now i am trying to perform basic service by myself so i am now looking for the service manual that would tell me what is the dimension of the part that i need and the part number of those parts that i need to buy.
I tried the CelicaGT.nl website but that service manual and instruction for changing oil is for 3S-GE engine which is slightly different and i am not sure the part they use are the same.

It's really not hard to do. I'm a mechanical n00b and I change my own oil (albeit for the first time a few months ago ).

Here's what you do (and others, please chime in if I mess up somewhere):

1) remove the drain plug at the bottom of the engine block. The drain plug, at least on the 7A-FE, is at a 45* angle. There is also a plug under the transmission that is parallel to the ground, but DO NOT undo that one. The reason I am saying this is because it's easy to confuse the two. Use a 14MM socket wrench to undo the plug.
2) drain the oil into a pan, and make sure you do dispose of it properly. Replace the drain plug when all of the oil is drained.
3) unscrew the old oil filter, which is located in front of the engine (it's a cylinder sticking out somewhere) and dispose of it properly as well. Be careful when you remove the filter because there can be residual oil in it, so take care not to spill. Take the sealing gasket (it's rubber) out of the replacement filter and lubricate it with oil, so it doesn't burn and stick to the block/filter. Insert the gasket back into the filter and install the filter.
4) Check that both the replacement filter and drain plug are secure. Remove the oil cap (it's by the valve cover) and pour the necessary amount of oil (I do not know how much the 5S-FE takes), using a funnel so you don't spill everywhere. Replace the oil cap and turn on the engine, let it cycle the fresh oil for about 5 minutes, and check the oil level with the dipstick located by the oil cap. Proper level is right around F.

Stand back and be proud of your work.
