Are you talking about the Motorola DROID phone, or Android OS being better than iPhone OS? Either way it's inaccurate but if someone is saying the Moto DROID is better than the iPhone, its laughable.

Android OS is a Linux based OS. Because of that, it is far more tweakable. I have my Droid running at 1.2GHz simply by flashing new kernel slots. I don't think a jail broken Iphone can even compete with a rooted droid except for the app market.
