my main question that bugs me is ..if i end up deciding to do a 3S-GTE swap on my 95 gt coupe dose this also mean that i must convert the car to AWD... that is kinda my intenstion but is it possible with a coupe?...or does it mean only the engine would go into place and the car will remain FWD

its the transmission that makes it AWD, not the engine.
you use your tranny, or another that bolts to it, and thats it. can you convert it to AWD? yes. please read thru the stickys here and in the forced induction section, and use the search function. it will answer 90% of the questions you will have when your just starting to learn about these cars. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
