Hello,
The power window regulator has gone bad in my 1996 Celica GT-S Convertible. There is a good deal for one on E-bay but it from a gen 7 Celica. That's their ads I posted. Recyclers are notorious for posting parts they either don't have or don't have complete. That's why I stated to call and ask before buying. All four of these don't have what they advertised? That's a little unusual.
