Hey guys!! I was wondering if there really is a big need for the converter. Would anything bad actually happen to the performance of the engine with not having the converter? Cuz mine's like rusted up and I'm thinkin', why not just make it a straight piping all the way to the muffler! Gimme your opinions.

On what tests did it fail, and how close to failing were the others? In short, what were the numbers?

On what tests did it fail, and how close to failing were the others? In short, what were the numbers? My JDM SS-II is actually a 1996 model - and it failed on carbon monoxide content after 2nd fast idle 2350-2650rpm ...C0 should be <0.30% vol, but mine was 0.57% vol, 2523rpm Is that too excessive?
