Anyone have any experience with the PIVOT Raizen Hyper Voltage Stabilizer? Most people using it claim power gains.

I have one installed on my car but I cannot quantify the gains since I have it already when I have my car dynoed. But from what I know, your gain would be around 0 to 2 whp based on what I've read.
