 ST header cap blew off, Eye shaped cap on header |

Hello if anyone could help me here that would be great,
on my header there is an eye shaped cap , bolt on either side that blew off or rusted off. Can you buy this ? Or just bold another peice of metal back on there ? Its before the flex pipe area i think. My brother was describing this problem to me. Anyone out there able to help with suggestions ? Thank you , |

photo? does sound like the o2 sensor. Are they "headers" or stock exhaust?
