i was driving and i noticed that my clutch won't come back up to the top. It seems like there is no pressure to push the pedal back up. So i'm thinking its the clutch fluid? If so, i don't know where the clutch fluid is or goes. Can someone help me out with this problem please?

If there's no pressure pushing your clutch back up, either your clutch slave cylinder or clutch master cylinder has gone out. There's no actual "clutch fluid", as hydraulic clutches use the brake fluid. You'll need to replace one or both of the cylinders.
