Are there any celica owners out there who have modify there celicas (GTFoursAllTrac or swaps) over the 260HP mark.
I would like to know how it was done, what matter arises and so on. Also, how does the car feel and behaves with those mods from standard. If you are a GT owner or a celica owner who looking to go to the 260 mark or just get that extra performance over 160HP, you can also dropped usa line letting us know what your plans are and how are going to go about doing it. Here are my plan (which are just plans for now). The engine will be prepared for hp about 400HP. Please remember that. As for ignition all I have at the moment are the nology wires and Denso Iridum plugs... am still debating on what I want right now for the rest of the ignition. I did notice a fairly decent amount of responsiveness with the new wires and plugs.. installed them at the same time so I don't know which one made the better improvement but was well worth the money. As for the injecters the ones that come with the 3sgte donot have a high enough bsfc and injector duty rating.. there are also differences in the pulse of the injectors. The injectors you listed will dump way to much fuel into your mixture and you will run too rich... I'm not saying that you don't know what your talking about I just saying that smaller cc injecters will do the job better... I made this mistake about a year ago and had to by another set of injecters. Also I have a 94 that started life as a normal N/A GT.. Over the last 3 years I have been slowly building it into a GT4. Never had a reason to until I joined this website and the car is currently in pieces and about 150miles from where I live.. the engine is also torn apart- chroming the valve cover,altanater, and my intake/intercooler piping.
