Trying to put some white face gauges on and cant figure out how to take the black part off.

Ive been doing it for like 30 minutes lol. There aren't any screws holing it on there i took the 2 that were there off. I even tried to pop off the needle.

I did this in my cousins camaro, they were indiglow? or something i dont remember. But they just kind of slid under, never had to take anything off.
Do you have the gauges now? or are you just preparing?
